Throughout the retreat, participants will be guided through a thoughtfully curated arc of somatic practices, experiential workshops, ceremony, and integration. This is not a fast-paced yoga class or a content-heavy workshop. It is a spacious, immersive experience designed to help you step out of daily rhythm and into a more settled, connected state.
