Cancellation Policy

Payment Plan • Total Investment: $444 • Payment Option: Two payments of $222 • Payment 1: $222 due at registration (secures your spot) • Payment 2: $222 due 60 days before the retreat, no later than May 18 Your spot is not confirmed until the first payment is received. Cancellation Policy • More than 60 days before the retreat: You may cancel for a refund minus a $75 non-refundable deposit. • Within 60 days of the retreat (once the final payment is made): No cancellations and no refunds for any reason, as arrangements and expenses have been finalized. • Payments are non-transferable and may not be applied to another person or future event. • If the retreat is canceled by the host: You will receive a full refund of all payments made.
